As a Raleigh teen photographer, a fun fall session with the Teen Squad and alpacas is not something I never take for granted.
Because apparently, we’re an animal photo crew now.
And honestly?
I’m not mad about it.
Teen portraits with animals just make everything more fun.
There’s something about adding alpacas that instantly breaks the ice.
The girls laugh more.
They relax faster.
And their personalities shine in the best way.
This fall session was such a reminder of why I love what I do.

It’s about creating an experience.
An experience where teens feel comfortable.

2027 Teen Squad | Raleigh Teen Photographer Now Accepting Members
I’m so excited to share that I still have a few spots available on my 2027 Teen Squad.
This team is for current 8th–10th graders, and we kick things off in January.
The Teen Squad is perfect for families who want something meaningful, but a little less time-intensive than the Senior Team. It’s designed to help girls build confidence, form real friendships, and experience fun, themed photo shoots throughout the year.
Along the way, the girls take part in service projects, create teen portraits that feel authentic, and become part of a space where they are encouraged, celebrated, and truly supported.
It’s full of heart.
And full of connection.
